C. First, conduct a jog test run, then idle for 2 to 3 minutes to check if the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and the movement of the conveyor belt are smooth. Only after confirming that everything is normal can production commence.
D. Start the oil skimming device (except for those without it) to begin the oil skimming. At this time, the water pump is still on and the water surface is calm, so the oil skimming effect is the best. Stop the oil skimming after the oil skimming is basically skimming. If there is a lot of oil skimming, it is recommended to do it during the lunch break.
3. One must also abide by it at work
A. The parts to be cleaned by the machine should be neatly placed on the conveyor belt and must not be pressed against the rollers.
B. On the conveyor belt, the parts to be cleaned should not be piled up too much to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.
C. After work, the parts to be cleaned must not be parked on the conveyor belt. Press the stop button to stop the entire machine.
